Cultivated in the verdant landscapes of the Gedio region in Yirgacheffe, southwestern Ethiopia, this coffee thrives at soaring elevations of 2050-2100 meters. Embraced by the meticulous carbonic maceration process, each cherry is gently sealed in stainless steel tanks, undergoing a sophisticated anaerobic fermentation. This unique method enhances the coffee's intrinsic sweetness, allowing the fruit's lush flavours to permeate the bean and spotlight a rich tapestry of taste in every cup.
